Daniel Capecci is a Ph.D. candidate in the Department of Electrical & Computer Engineering at the University of Florida. He received his BS degree in Mechanical Engineering at the University of South Florida and his MS degree in Electrical Engineering at the University of Florida. Advised by Dr. Damon Woodard, his research focuses on explainable AI for cybersecurity applications. His current projects include AI synthesis and design for hardware security, deep fake detection, and AI applications in tourism.
