Olivia Paradis is a PhD student in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Florida. Her research focuses on image processing, computer vison, machine learning, deep learning, and reinforcement learning.

Olivia Paradis is a Ph.D. student and a graduate research assistant in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Florida (UF), working with Dr. Damon Woodard and Dr. Rachel Fu. She received her bachelor's degree in Biomedical and Electrical Engineering at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, NY. The overall goal of her research is to make artificial intelligence more intelligent by better utilizing domain knowledge. To achieve this goal, Olivia has applied artificial intelligence in a variety of fields, including but not limited to, Hardware Assurance, Biomedical Engineering, and Tourism. Currently, she is mainly focusing on business and economic modeling in tourism research.
