Rob Alday
Rob Alday, CEO of Abode Luxury Rentals will be joining us as EFTI Advisory Board member on July 1, 2021.
Born in Valdosta, GA, Rob Alday was bred on Gator football and the rich heritage of UF by his grandfather, fostering a dream of attending UF himself one day. After studying business with a specialization in Travel & Tourism and graduating from UF in 2003, Rob headed west for the snowy slopes of Park City, UT where he first started out his career in real estate and soon after met his future wife, Rachel. Rob & Rachel quickly recognized a need in the mountain town market for trustworthy, transparent and high-quality property management services for second homeowners of luxury vacation rental properties.
Channeling their shared passion for everything that the region has to offer, and the experiences & insight gained from both of their respective educations and careers, Rob & Rachel set out to create Abode Luxury Rentals in 2010 – a boutique luxury property management and vacation rental company guided by a few simple ideals.
From day one, they’ve been committed to always taking the homeowners point of view on maintaining and strengthening the client’s real estate investment, nurturing true partnerships, providing high-touch, customizable services and creating unforgettable mountain experiences for guests and homeowners alike. Over 11 years, 160+ properties in two mountain towns, a diversified business portfolio that includes laundry services, HOA management & concierge services, plus three beautiful children later, this has proven to be the secret sauce.
